Why am I unable to sign up with my username and asked to reset my password?

This is likely a result of inputting the wrong username. To check which username you signed up with, complete these following steps:

1. Click on your Volunteer Profile
2. Go to your General Tab
3. Your username will be located at the bottom of the page

Please use this username for whenever you may need to sign into Charity Republic.
